Perfectly Soft boiled EGG


PERFECT SOFT BOIL EGG

For the perfect soft boiled egg, you want the white to be just set and the yolk still runny, creamy and gooey. Use a pan with enough space to place a single layer of eggs, cover them with at least 5cm of cold water and place the pan over high heat. Bring the water to a boil and turn it down to a gentle simmer, cook the eggs for 2 – 3min before removing the eggs and refreshing them in iced water, to stop the cooking.
