PERFECT
SOFT BOIL EGG
For the perfect soft boiled egg, you want
the white to be just set and the yolk still runny, creamy and gooey. Use a pan
with enough space to place a single layer of eggs, cover them with at least 5cm
of cold water and place the pan over high heat. Bring the water to a
boil and turn it down to a gentle simmer, cook the eggs for 2 – 3min before
removing the eggs and refreshing them in iced water, to stop the cooking.
